What is intentional tremor seen in

Intentional tremor is a tremor that occurs and worsens during random movements, characterized by a tremor that is not apparent when the patient is stationary, but is most pronounced during purposeful movements, especially when the patient is close to reaching a goal. The most common cause is cerebellar lesions, most commonly cerebellar infarction. Cerebellar infarction is most common in elderly patients with risk factors for cerebrovascular disease, and a history of hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and hyperlipidemia can be found. The patient starts suddenly in a quiet state, manifested by dizziness, ataxia, inability to point to the nose when doing the finger-nose test, poor distance discrimination, intentional tremor when the finger is close to the tip of the nose can be obvious, and also appears to have a poetry-like language.
