The fastest and most effective way to urinate in labor

There is no quick relief for women who are unable to urinate, but they can be relieved by induction and catheterization.
1. Induction: After giving birth to a baby, a woman may have trouble urinating, which can be induced by letting her listen to the sound of running water, thus causing reflexive urination, and this method is simple and non-invasive.
2. Inserting a catheter: If a pregnant woman is still unable to urinate normally after the above treatment measures, she needs to insert a catheter to facilitate the discharge of urine from the bladder.
It is recommended that women urinate on their own as soon as possible after delivery, and inform the doctor promptly if they have difficulty urinating to avoid overfilling of the bladder and prolonged uterine contractions, which may lead to postpartum hemorrhage.
