The initial diagnosis was endometrial adenocarcinoma stage Ia. She consulted Guiyang Medical College and underwent transabdominal extensive hysterectomy + double adnexal resection + pelvic lymph node dissection. The final diagnosis: simple endometrial hyperplasia; focal area with atypical and carcinoma (highly differentiated endometrial adenocarcinoma), the cancer was limited to the endometrial layer, and no cancer involvement was seen in the bilateral adnexa, left and right parametrium and vaginal stump of the specimen.
