Immediate prosthetic denture occurs in the anterior part of the tooth, because of trauma or periodontal disease to make the tooth Ⅲ degree loosening need to be extracted, after extraction, the patient has no teeth, is not conducive to the patient’s speech, communication, the impact is more obvious, then need immediate prosthetic denture repair. After the immediate denture is made, we tell the patient that he can wear the immediate denture when he goes out, so that he can help with conversation, aesthetics and photography, and can take it off at home. Because there is a traumatic surface after the tooth is extracted, wearing an immediate denture will also compress the gums and affect the local blood supply, which will have an impact on the healing of the extracted tooth.
