Medication: For early postoperative scar hyperplasia, topical medication can be used, preferred silicone gel or silicone patch, as well as compound heparin sodium allantoin gel, cumulonimbus cream and so on. The medication plays an auxiliary role in preventing and treating scars. 2. Photoelectric treatment: for early postoperative scars, the red treatment is used to close the capillaries under the scar to reduce the degree of scar proliferation, and carbon dioxide laser is used to reduce the thickness of the scar in mature scars. 3. Compression therapy: customized compression garments are used to compress the scar area and reduce scar proliferation. 4.
