Optimal recovery time for anterior wall bulge

For women who have an anterior vaginal wall bulge after childbirth, the best time to recover is within 42 days after delivery. It usually takes about 6 weeks for the reproductive system and the pelvic floor to recover after childbirth and this is the best time to treat vaginal wall bulge. It is recommended that functional exercises be performed 1 week after delivery to restore the elasticity and toughness of the pelvic floor muscles and to relieve the symptoms of vaginal wall bulge. Even if they do not return to their pre-pregnancy state 42 days after delivery, most people can recover through functional training. Therefore, it is recommended that women undergo rehabilitation exercises and functional training as early as possible after delivery to avoid vaginal wall bulge.
