Diseases of organs under right rib cage: ①lung diseases: right pneumonia, right pleurisy, lung cancer invading rib cage, right pleural mesothelioma, right pleural metastasis can cause right subcostal pain. ② Hepatobiliary diseases: hepatitis, cirrhosis, hepatocellular carcinoma, cholecystitis, gallstones, intrahepatic bile duct stones, choledocholithiasis, cholangitis and other diseases can cause right subcostal pain. (iii) Patients with congenital heart disease with right ventricular hypertrophy can also have right-sided subcostal pain.
