Cerebral hemorrhage is a common neurosurgical emergency, caused in most cases by hypertension, but in a few cases also by intracranial aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations, cerebrovascular amyloidosis and tumors. The onset of cerebral hemorrhage is rapid and serious, and families are often in a state of extreme anxiety and helplessness. Families should be familiar with some postoperative and post-discharge precautions so as to better help patients recover. Post-operative notes: 1. You can sleep on pillows after 6 hours of lying down, and after 6 hours you can sleep on your side but try to avoid direct pressure on the wound. 2.Fast food and water, until the next morning after the doctor checked the room said that you can eat, eating should be from liquid to general food transition, try to avoid spicy stimulation and too greasy food. The first line is heart rate, the normal value is 60 to 100, the second line is blood pressure, the normal value of upper pressure is 90 to 140, the normal value of lower pressure is 60 to 90, the third line is oxygen saturation (reflecting whether the patient is hypoxic), the normal value is 95 to 100, the fourth line is respiration, the normal value is 12 to 20, each patient also has individual differences, if there are abnormalities, please notify the nurse. Please do not adjust the interface of the monitor and the lead wire by yourself. 4.Wake up the patient once an hour to make sure the patient is conscious, if the patient changes from clear to unclear, please inform the nurse immediately. 5.If there is a drainage tube, keep the drainage tube open and avoid folding and bending of the drainage tube. 6.Some patients feel that they still want to urinate with the catheter inserted because there is a balloon at the upper end of the catheter, so do not bend the catheter as long as there is urine flow. 7.The day after surgery, the head of the bed can be elevated 15-30 degrees to reduce cerebral edema and lower intracranial pressure. 8.Keep the ward quiet, must strictly control the visitation, so as not to cause the patient emotional excitement, blood pressure rise, cause re-bleeding; at the same time, the patient because of the decline in resistance easily cause colds, aggravate the disease, and even increase the chance of intracranial infection. Therefore, it is very important to control the visitation. 9, functional exercise: as long as the patient’s condition is stable, should be early functional exercise in bed, in order to prevent muscle atrophy and joint ankylosis. Take antihypertensive drugs on time and quantitatively, do not increase or decrease the dosage at will, prevent sudden rise and fall of blood pressure and aggravate the disease. 8.If abnormalities occur, such as dizziness, limb disorders, and unfavorable speech, go to the hospital promptly.
