Is psoriasis a terminal disease?

Psoriasis does not belong to the category of terminal disease, which refers to a progressive and unstoppable disease that eventually leads to the exhaustion of the organism, the decline of normal energy metabolism and the manifestation of cachexia, typically belonging to malignant tumors. The natural course of psoriasis, on the other hand, is not progressive but fluctuates regularly, generally worsening in winter and receding in summer, and sometimes healing itself for years. Most of the psoriasis is the unusual type, which basically does not affect the normal function and metabolism of the body, and patients can still work, study and live normally. If treated appropriately and not impatiently, psoriasis can be reduced and controlled to a certain extent, so psoriasis is not a terminal disease.
