Causes of hyperhidrosis of the hands and feet

Some people may say that sweaty hands are not a disease and are not fatal, but many people often suffer from this symptom at school, work or socially, so it is a disease in the broadest sense of health, and the medical term for it is hand sweating. The incidence of this disease is also very high, with data showing that the incidence of manual sweating in China is 2.08%. In fact, sweat gland secretion is mainly controlled by sympathetic nerves, and hand sweating is a symptom caused by sympathetic nervous tension. Factors such as excitement, stress or summer heat can cause abnormal increases in palm sweating. There is a family history of hand sweating, so it should be taken seriously. People with a tendency to sweat a lot often have wet palms, and their chronically wet hands can easily peel, even affecting their image. Patients are afraid to hold hands with others, and even shaking hands becomes a problem. In severe cases, eczema and other inflammatory skin conditions can occur on the palms of the hands. Whether it’s hot summer or cold, the palms of the hands and soles of the feet are always sweaty, making people miserable. For serious cases, experts still recommend active treatment, because hand sweating is also a manifestation of abnormal health conditions, and this abnormal state should be corrected in time. In particular, the psychological problems caused by hand sweating cannot be ignored. There are two types of treatment for hand sweating: medical and surgical. The main medical treatment is the use of sympathetic nervous system suppressing drugs, which can have side effects such as blurred vision, dry mouth or gastrointestinal disorders, and the treatment is not effective. Surgical methods will mainly treat sympathetic nerves. To this day, the application of ets minimally invasive has greatly reduced the pain of patients with hand sweating. A small 0.5 cm incision was made in each side of the armpit to make adjustments to their sympathetic nerves, and the procedure took just over 20 minutes. The postoperative effect was obvious, and it was obvious that the hand sweating was refreshing after waking up. Hand sweating is a relatively common disease of unknown etiology, the palms of patients are often wet, and even eczema and other symptoms of dermatitis, causing a lot of pain to patients, so it should be actively treated.
