According to the Recorded Recipes for Women, this formula is composed of Radix Panax Ginseng, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Pork Waist, Glutinous Rice and Scallion White, which is used for treating post-partum deficiencies, fever and night sweating (sweating abnormally after falling asleep, but sweating stops when one wakes up), and endogenous heat and nursing fever. 4. According to “Zheng Zhi Zhuan Yuan – Class Formula”, this formula is composed of ginseng, poria, scutellaria, chenpi, qiangwu, ephedra and Sichuan pepper, and is used for treating lung qi attacking upward, nasal congestion and blockage. 5.
