Famitinib malate is a highly effective multi-targeted tyrosine kinase inhibitor with superior pharmacological and toxicological properties. Phase I clinical trials have shown that famitinib has a relatively good safety and tolerability profile in patients with advanced solid tumors, with tolerable adverse effects. Patients with gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors who meet the following criteria can be enrolled in the clinical study . 1, pathologically advanced or metastatic gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors of G1 or G2 grade that are inoperable; 2, 18-75 years old with measurable lesions; 3, first- or second-line therapy; 4, no other molecular targeted therapy; 5, normal function of major organs.
