With the hot summer weather, people like to eat cold drinks and cold beer to cool down, but they need to be careful because this is very likely to cause a common anorectal disease, perianal abscess. Perianal abscess is an acute infection with septicemia. The common causative agents are Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and occasionally anaerobic bacteria and Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Perianal abscesses should be treated seriously after they occur. The most dangerous abscesses occur in the sciatic rectal fossa and pelvic rectal fossa on both sides of the anus and in the subperineal fascia on the anterior side of the male. Clinical staging of perianal abscess 1. Perianal subcutaneous abscess: mainly pain, initially distension, throbbing pain when suppurating, pain aggravated when defecating, urinary retention may occur when the abscess is in front of the anus, and caudal pain when the abscess is behind the anus. Systemic toxicity symptoms are light, local swelling, redness, pressure pain and fluctuating sensation. 2. Sciatic rectal fossa abscess: there are systemic toxic symptoms such as peripheral discomfort, fever and chills, and elevated body temperature. Localized swelling, redness, burning pain, throbbing pain, pressure pain, restlessness on one side of the anus, increased pain when moving and defecating, and difficulty in urination, etc. 3.Pelvic rectal fossa abscess: systemic symptoms are heavy, starting with chills and high fever, peripheral fatigue, and toxic symptoms of sepsis in severe cases. Local symptoms are light, with only a feeling of rectal cramping, soreness or discomfort, and difficulty in urination may occur. 4.Postrectal abscess: the systemic symptoms are similar to those of pelvic rectal fossa abscess, but the local symptoms are mainly soreness and pain in the caudal lumbar region, radiating to the back and both thighs, with pressure pain in the tailbone, and the patient cannot sit. 5. Rectal submucosal abscess: there is peripheral discomfort, fatigue and fever. Local symptoms of rectal irritation are predominant, including urgency, falling, and a feeling of having a lot of stools or bowel movements. 6. Tuberculous perianorectal abscess: Unlike the above-mentioned bacterial infection, the patient often has chronic onset, and the abscess is formed only after several weeks or months, with local pain not being intense, accompanied by low fever, and local redness and swelling not being obvious. The pus that flows out after rupture is clear and milky, the pus opening is depressed, the surrounding skin is blue or greenish-white, and there are often multiple pus-flowing external openings that do not heal over time. The whole body examination can reveal tuberculosis lesions in the lungs, large intestine or other parts of the body, and pus culture can find Mycobacterium tuberculosis. How to prevent perianal cyst 1, reasonable diet: avoid drinking alcoholic beverages, eat less spicy and stimulating food, drinking alcoholic beverages in summer, diarrhea is prone to this disease. 2, regular life: appropriate rest, avoid prolonged sitting, resulting in poor local blood circulation in the anus caused by perianal abscess and hemorrhoids. 3, keep local cleanliness and hygiene: timely cleaning of the perianal area after the stool to prevent local infection; summer people are prone to sweating, resulting in perianal humidity, which can easily induce perianal infection. 4.Keep the stool smooth: avoid diarrhea and dry stool, which stimulate the inflammation of the anal fossa and induce perianal abscess, so it is important to prevent constipation and diarrhea to prevent the formation of perianal abscess. 5, keep exercise: improve the body’s resistance; also do anal lifting exercise to promote local blood circulation in the anus, so as to prevent the occurrence of perianal abscess. 6, keep a happy mood: no matter what situation you encounter, you should have a positive attitude and not be impatient. As long as you keep an optimistic mindset, eat in moderation and live in moderation, you can easily stay away from diseases and stay healthy.
