A blister in the kidney should refer to a renal cyst. Kidney cyst is a common benign lesion in kidney, mostly asymptomatic, the vast majority of patients are found due to physical examination, kidney cysts develop slowly, have little effect on kidney function, and treatment tends to be conservative. If the cyst is less than 4cm, it can be reviewed regularly; if the cyst is larger than 4cm, it can be decompressed by laparoscopic renal cyst debulking, and further plan will be determined according to the pathology of the excised cyst. If the cyst is benign, regular review is needed, if it is malignant, further treatment is needed; if the patient is older and has multiple underlying diseases, such as heart disease and cerebrovascular disease, and cannot tolerate surgery, ultrasound-guided renal cyst puncture and drainage can be performed, but this method has a certain recurrence rate.
