Weeks of pregnancy when heart tube pulsation is visible on ultrasound

Most heart tube beats are visible on ultrasound after 6 weeks of gestation.
Fetal primitive heart tube pulsations are usually seen after 6 weeks of gestation and can be visualized on ultrasound. Transvaginal ultrasound is better than abdominal ultrasound, and when fetal heart tube pulsation is not visible on abdominal ultrasound, it can be seen on transvaginal ultrasound.
If a pregnant woman’s menstrual cycle is irregular or long, the time of fetal heartbeat will be delayed, and the ultrasound can be repeated at regular intervals of 1 week after the 6th week of pregnancy to check the fetal heartbeat.
Clinically, pregnant women with primitive fetal heart tube pulsation must continue to supplement folic acid, eat less spicy and stimulating food, eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, pay attention to rest, regular obstetrical examination, review ultrasound, to prevent the sudden occurrence of fetal heart tube pulsation stopping the embryonic abortion phenomenon.
