The possible stages of lung adenocarcinoma presenting lymph node metastasis are: stage IIB, stage IIIA, stage IIIB, stage IIIC and stage IV. 1. N1: N1 indicates that metastasis occurs in ipsilateral peribronchial or hilar lymph nodes of the tumor, T1a~2bN1M0 is stage IIB, T3~4N1M0 is stage IIIA. 2.N2: N2 refers to ipsilateral mediastinal or subglottic lymph node metastasis, T1a~2bN2M0 is stage IIIA, T3~4N2M0 is stage IIIB. 3. N3: N3 refers to lymph node metastasis in the contralateral mediastinum or hilar, ipsilateral or contralateral anterior oblique muscle or supraclavicular lymph node, T1a~2bN3M0 is stage IIIB, T3~4N3M0 is stage IIIC. 4. If lymph node metastasis is accompanied by distant organ metastasis, it is stage IV. If lymph node metastasis of lung adenocarcinoma is found, it is recommended that patients should go to the hospital as soon as possible, complete relevant examinations such as chest CT, bronchoscopy, mediastinoscopy, etc., and ask professional doctors to evaluate the staging and decide the next treatment plan.
