Can envolizumab treat colon cancer?

Envolvulus refers to envolvumab injection, which can generally be used for the treatment of adult advanced solid tumors, such as colon cancer and rectal cancer. This drug is recombinant humanized PD-L1 single domain antibody FC fusion protein injection, which binds human PD-L1 protein and blocks its interaction with receptor PD-1, relieving the tumor’s inhibitory effect on T-cells through PD-1 as well as PD-L1 pathway, so as to mobilize the anti-tumor activity of the immune system to kill the tumor. It is indicated for the treatment of patients with unresectable or metastatic microsatellite highly unstable or mismatch repair gene-deficient type of adult advanced solid tumors, including patients with advanced colon cancer, rectal cancer with disease progression after previous treatment with fluorouracil, oxaliplatin, and irinotecan, as well as patients with other advanced solid tumors with other complications after treatment and with no satisfactory alternative treatment options. This drug should always be taken under the supervision of a doctor. Diet should be light and easy to digest, avoid eating spicy and stimulating food.
