How to survive the high incidence of tuberculosis

The incidence rate increases in spring. The incidence of tuberculosis increases in spring when the weather is warm and everything is reviving, and pathogenic microorganisms start to reproduce, and Mycobacterium tuberculosis also enters the peak period of reproduction and transmission. It is important to do more outdoor activities, more exposure to sunlight and fresh air to improve the body’s ability to resist disease and avoid the occurrence and development of tuberculosis.        Pregnancy is a high-risk period for the onset of the disease. Tests have shown that gonadotropins and estrogen have a stimulating and inhibiting effect on the growth of Mycobacterium tuberculosis, respectively. Therefore, women with tuberculosis should not get pregnant, but should first undergo regular anti-TB treatment and wait for 2-3 years after the tuberculosis is cured and their health condition returns to normal before conceiving.
