Melasma is a light brown or light black spot on the face, irregular in shape, symmetrically distributed on the skin of the face, such as the front eyebrow, cheek, nose and lip, with smooth surface and no flaking, which is detrimental to skin beauty. The author used back walking jar with local peri-prick to treat chloasma with satisfactory results in 50 cases, which is reported as follows. 1, general information: The 60 patients in this group are outpatient cases in our department, all are female, the youngest is 25 years old, the oldest is 48 years old, the shortest duration of the disease is 3 months, the longest is more than 20 years, married 45 cases, unmarried 5 cases. 2, treatment methods. 1. Walking jar method: Acupuncture points: Governor’s Vessel (Dazhi~Changqiang), Foot Solar Bladder Meridian (Da Loom~Baihuan Yu), and Pinnacle Point. Operation: The patient is placed in a prone position, liquid paraffin is applied to the meridian taken, and a large or medium-sized glass fire jar is selected according to the patient’s physique and cupped on the back using the flash fire method. Then hold the jar in your hand and push the jar back and forth along the bladder meridian, the pinch point, and the doujiang meridian, until the skin of the cupped area is red or red-purple, once every other day, ten times for a course of treatment, after three courses of treatment, assess the efficacy. 2.Local peri-prick acupuncture point: take the facial chloasma point Operation: choose No.30 0.5 inch stainless steel milli-needle, sterilize the acupuncture point routinely and stab into it quickly, stab one needle in the center of each chloasma first, according to the area of chloasma, stab 5~8 needles around the chloasma, and keep the needle for 30 minutes. When starting the needle, shake the large needle hole without pressing, if there is bleeding in the eye of the needle, wait for it to stop by itself. Once a day, ten times is a course of treatment, and the efficacy is evaluated after three courses of treatment. 3.Efficacy observation 1.Efficacy standard Cured: all the facial melasma disappears. There is no difference with the surrounding skin, and the facial skin is smooth and moist. Efficacy: Facial melasma basically disappears. Effective: Facial melasma partially fades or the color of the spot becomes lighter, and the skin color is obviously improved or normal. Ineffective: no change of facial melasma after 2 courses of treatment. 2.Treatment result: 28 cases were cured, accounting for 46,7%, 23 cases were effective, accounting for 38,3%, 8 cases were effective, accounting for 13,3%, and 1 case was invalid, accounting for 1,7%. The total effective rate was 98,3%. Among them, at least one course of treatment, at most three courses of treatment, the average of two courses of treatment. 4, typical case Zhang, female, 35 years old, teacher, married, first diagnosed at 10:00 on March 5, 2003. The patient now has chloasma of different sizes on the forehead and cheekbones with unclear borders, accompanied by insomnia, late menstruation, small amount of dark lumps, breast swelling and pain before menstruation, constipation, dark red tongue with little coating and sunken pulse. Diagnosis: Chloasma. After one course of treatment with the above method, the facial plaques became significantly smaller and the area became smaller. 5.Discussion: “Spiritual Pivot Evil Qi Viscera Disease Form” says: “Twelve meridians, three hundred and sixty-five, the blood and qi are all on the face.” The color of the face is the external glory of the qi and blood of the internal organs. Chinese medicine believes that the disease is caused by liver qi stagnation, kidney yin deficiency, spleen and stomach weakness, dysfunction of the internal organs, such as punching and dysregulation, can lead to the disharmony of qi and blood, blocking the meridians, stagnation of qi and blood stasis, the body qi and blood can not be glorified on the face, so the facial chloasma. The theory that the skin of the twelve meridians is connected to the twelve meridians and the twelve internal organs is the basis for the jar, and there is the main trunk of the Governor Vessel in the middle of the back on both sides, which is the first line of the Foot Sun Bladder Meridian and the second line. The Governor’s Vessel is the cape of the Yang Vessel, which oversees the Yang energy of the human body, and walking along the Governor’s Vessel can invigorate Yang energy and achieve the function of Yang Sheng Yin Chang. The dorsal point is the place where the essence of the five viscera is infused. It is located in the first line of the bladder on the back and can tonicize the five viscera and balance yin and yang, while the second line of the bladder meridian is good at regulating the five wills of the body. The jar can be used to regulate the five viscera, to benefit the heavenly essence, to balance yin and yang, and to regulate the five wills of the body, so that the mental and emotional activities tend to be normal. It can be said to kill two birds with one stone and multiply the efficacy. The point is located between the Governor’s Vessel and the bladder, and is close to the latter two meridians, which are connected by the meridians and have a common effect on both. The circumferential stabbing and diarrhea method can unblock the meridians and activate the blood to remove blood stasis, so that the veins and channels can be opened, the depressed evil can go out, the qi and blood can be carried up to the face, and the pigmentation will subside. During the treatment period, patients are advised to keep a relaxed mood, have a regular routine, eat more fruits and vegetables, avoid sunlight when going out, and do not use poor quality cosmetics.
