It should be noted that Huang Jing is sticky and greasy in nature, and can easily promote dampness and congestion of qi, so it should be used with caution for people with spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction, phlegm-dampness congestion, and qi stagnation and fullness. In addition, the use of Chinese herbs should be carried out under the guidance of a doctor’s diagnosis, so as to avoid the delay of the wrong medicine.
