Advanced Stomach Cancer Symptoms

  Gastric cancer, short for malignant tumor of the stomach, is one of the common cancers in human body and is a malignant tumor originating from the epithelium of the organism. The occurrence of gastric cancer is mainly related to inattentive diet and irregular rhythm of life. When the following symptoms appear in the body, it may imply that the cancer has already entered the advanced stage: 1. abdominal pain: although abdominal pain will appear in the early and middle stages of cancer patients, abdominal pain in the advanced stage of stomach cancer patients has obvious characteristics, such as irregular abdominal pain, which cannot be relieved after eating and will be aggravated.  2. Upper gastrointestinal bleeding: Patients with advanced gastric cancer will bleed heavily and there will be coffee-colored or red blood in the vomit. Usually, patients with early stage of stomach cancer will also have upper gastrointestinal bleeding, but it will appear as tarry stools.  3. Wasting and anemia: Patients with advanced gastric cancer will basically show symptoms of wasting and anemia, as well as fullness and belching, aversion to meat and weakness of limbs.  4.Migratory symptoms: If advanced gastric cancer has migrated, patients will migrate from local pain to pain of nearby organs, and common metastatic sites include liver, lung, brain and bone. Usually patients will also have symptoms such as enlarged liver and ascites.  Patients with advanced gastric cancer will have several symptoms as above. Family members are suggested to encourage patients to actively carry out treatment, stay relaxed and face life with optimism.
