Non-keratinizing squamous cell carcinoma can be treated with surgery and radiotherapy, and in case of advanced stage, systemic anti-tumor therapy is also required. Usually, different treatment methods are chosen for non-keratinizing squamous cell carcinoma with different pathological stages. If the tumor is only in early stage and has not metastasized through lymph nodes, the local lesion can be surgically removed, while in advanced stage squamous cell carcinoma that has metastasized, comprehensive lymph node dissection is required after surgery, which needs to be combined with radiotherapy. Non-keratinized contact cell carcinoma is a more common pathological type of lung tumor. If it is marginal lung cancer, it can be combined with chemotherapy after lobe resection. Tumors at the central lung gate are not suitable for surgical treatment and can be treated with chemotherapy or targeted therapy alone. When such symptoms appear, we should go to regular hospital for detailed examination and make corresponding treatment plan with medical history.
