Glycine insulin and Repaglinide can usually be used together under a doctor’s supervision. Glycine insulin is a long-acting insulin drug. The main effect of glucagon is to regulate glucose metabolism, lowering blood glucose by promoting glucose uptake by peripheral tissues such as muscle and fat and inhibiting hepatic glucose production, as well as inhibiting lipolysis and protein hydrolysis of adipocytes and promoting protein synthesis. Adverse reactions include hypoglycemia, transient visual disturbances, and allergic reactions in individual patients, so it is contraindicated for those who are allergic to insulin glargine or the excipients in the injection. Repaglinide is a glucose-lowering drug that promotes insulin secretion. It achieves sustained hypoglycemic effect by promoting the release of insulin from the body. Adverse reactions such as hypoglycemia, abdominal pain, diarrhea, transaminase elevation or skin allergy may occur. Note that patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus, diabetic ketoacidosis, severe hepatic or renal insufficiency, pregnant or lactating women are prohibited. In order to ensure the efficacy of the drug, the combination of the two drugs can play their respective advantages, stabilize blood glucose, the effect is more satisfactory, the specific use of dosage need to comply with medical advice.
