Conservative treatment of supraspinatus tendon tears

In clinical practice, supraspinatus tears are caused by excessive weight-bearing activities or acute trauma to the shoulder joint, resulting in a tear of the supraspinatus muscle. If the patient takes treatment after this injury, the patient’s shoulder joint should be braked, fixed with shoulder and elbow belt or fixed with brace, and the torn supraspinatus muscle should be treated with external blood circulation, swelling and pain relieving golden ointment, or with physiotherapy apparatus, microwave apparatus, to accelerate local blood circulation and improve microcirculation, so that the injured tendon tissue can be recovered as soon as possible. Patients can also be told to take oral bruises or blood-activating drugs, such as oral bruises pills, fracture and contusion pills, and bone bruises, which can promote local tissue metabolism and accelerate the recovery of tendon tears.
