Surgery for supraspinatus calcification is not a minor procedure. With the development of technology and advances in technology, surgery for supraspinatus calcification can now be performed minimally invasively under the arthroscope. The degree of supraspinatus calcification is explored under the shoulder arthroscope to locate the calcification points and remove the calcification from the tendon. If the tendon is damaged or torn, the tendon can be sutured and repaired arthroscopically. If there is any damage to the tendon, the tendon can be sutured and repaired arthroscopically. If there is any damage to the other structures, they can be treated together to remove the supraspinatus calcification and the shoulder joint disease. Therefore, surgery for supraspinatus calcification is not a minor procedure and requires minimally invasive surgical treatment under arthroscopy.
