The difference between stroke and cerebral infarction is that stroke includes cerebral infarction. Stroke includes hemorrhagic stroke and ischemic stroke, and ischemic stroke, or cerebral infarction, is a type of ischemic stroke. For patients with stroke, the main treatment principle is to protect the neurological function as much as possible, because once the nerve cells are ischemic or hemorrhagic, it will cause the corresponding nerve cell damage, and once the nerve cells are damaged, the corresponding neurological function will appear, such as hemiplegia, aphasia, sensory impairment, swallowing dysfunction, respiratory dysfunction and so on. Active conservative or surgical treatment is required to stabilize the patient’s vital signs, and early rehabilitation is needed if limb dysfunction exists subsequently.
