There are two types of thrombolytic drugs commonly used in cerebral infarction: 1. recombinant tissue-type fibrinogen activator, which requires the patient to be within 3-4.5 hours from onset to consultation at the time of use. 2. urokinase, which has a relatively wide time window and requires the patient to be within 6 hours from onset to consultation. Both drugs are applied after confirming that the patient meets the indications and that all contraindications can be excluded. If the patient is between 18 and 80 years of age, the diagnosis of acute ischemic stroke is clinically confirmed, the time from onset to consultation is within the time window of thrombolysis, intracranial hemorrhage has been ruled out by brain CT, and the patient and family have signed an informed consent after detailed explanation of the situation, the patient’s indication is met. There are more contraindications to exclude, mainly factors that can cause bleeding, such as evidence of active bleeding, undetermined time of onset, possibility of more than 4.5 hours, previous history of intracranial hemorrhage, aneurysm or related surgery within 3 months, history of internal organ bleeding within the last 21 days, etc.
