It mainly has the function of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis, regulating qi and relieving pain, and is used to treat symptoms of coronary heart disease, angina pectoris, chest tightness and shortness of breath. Oral diuretics, such as indapamide and hydrochlorothiazide, etc., oral angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors, such as benazepril and fosinopril, etc., oral angiotensin II receptor antagonists, such as irbesartan and valsartan, etc., and oral beta-blockers, such as bisoprolol or metoprolol, etc., can be given for the treatment of hypertension. Patients can also be given oral calcium antagonists such as nifedipine controlled-release tablets, felodipine controlled-release tablets, or amlodipine.
