What are stem cells?

Stem cells are cells that have the potential to proliferate and differentiate, with the ability to self-renew and replicate, giving rise to highly differentiated functional cells. Simply put, stem cells are primitive cells, primitive cells capable of forming various human organs and tissues. In terms of the characteristics of stem cells, stem cells can become various organs that the human body wants. For example, if there is a problem with the heart, stem cells can be applied to grow a new heart in vitro, and then the old heart can be replaced so that the human body will return to normal function, and because of the new heart, the function will be significantly improved and the patient’s symptoms will improve. But this is just the hope that human beings have for the stem cells hosted, the current stem cell technology is not very mature and needs scientific research and further promotion so that it can move forward better.
