There are more triggering factors than migraine with aura, such as physical fatigue, menstrual flow, psychological tension, inflammation, alcohol consumption, bathing, fever, and even excessive leisure on weekends and holidays, which can be triggering factors of migraine without aura. In other words, migraine without aura is more likely to be triggered than migraine with aura. 3. The duration of headache attacks is relatively longer than that of migraine with aura, up to several hours or days. The pain level may be mild at times, and the pain site may be bilateral or full headache, and the pain level is less than that of migraine with aura.
