Left bladder pain may be caused by physiological factors such as lifting heavy objects, or it may be caused by pathologic factors such as rotator cuff injury, frozen shoulder and cervical spine disease.
1. Physiological factors: due to heavy lifting, strenuous exercise of the left arm and other factors can lead to soft tissue fatigue, the body produces excessive metabolic products, lactic acid accumulation, the symptoms of left shoulder soreness.
2. Rotator cuff injury: due to trauma or repeated exercise can lead to left rotator cuff injury, causing left shoulder pain, and may also be accompanied by shoulder joint weakness, difficulty in movement and other symptoms.
3. Frozen shoulder: it is a sterile inflammation around the shoulder joint, which is related to trauma, chronic strain, infection and other factors. In mild cases, it is manifested as soreness of one shoulder, and with the development of the disease, the pain in the shoulder joint aggravates, accompanied by symptoms such as limited activities and stiffness of the shoulder joint.
4. Cervical spine diseases: Cervical spine diseases such as cervical disc herniation and spinal stenosis can lead to compression of the spinal cord or nerve roots, resulting in neck pain, as well as radiating pain in one side of the upper limbs, including soreness in one shoulder and numbness and weakness in the upper limbs.
There may be other reasons for the left shoulder pain. If it cannot be relieved after resting, it is recommended that the patient go to the hospital in time to improve the examination to clarify the cause of the disease, and then give targeted treatment or therapy.
