3. Pain Symptoms: Stomach pain is usually accompanied by acid reflux, bloating, vomiting and other symptoms, with a vague pain or dull pain. Gallbladder pain is accompanied by abdominal pain, jaundice, fever and other symptoms, and is radioactive, can be radiated to the right shoulder or back, with a sense of colic.
