Ordinary cases of HFMD are mainly treated symptomatically; severe cases need to be treated for neurological and respiratory symptoms. 1. Ordinary cases: there is no specific antiviral drug or method to treat the disease, pay attention to isolation, avoid cross-infection, pay more attention to rest, eat a light diet, and do a good job of personal hygiene. 2. Severe cases (1) neurological symptoms: need to pay attention to the control of intracranial hypertension, can use mannitol antihypertensive treatment; if necessary, use glucocorticosteroids, such as methylprednisolone; can also be applied to immunoglobulin; pay attention to cooling, sedation and other symptomatic treatment. (2) Respiratory and circulatory failure treatment: pay attention to unobstructed airway, oxygen, cardiac monitoring, corrective treatment of respiratory dysfunction and so on. After the occurrence of hand, foot and mouth disease, pay attention to good isolation, good personal hygiene, keep indoor ventilation, timely hospitalization.
