What is this brown jelly-like discharge?

If there is brown, jelly-like vaginal discharge, it may be clinically caused by local inflammation of the cervix. Often, because of local inflammation of the cervix, the glands secrete vigorously, so there is an increase in vaginal discharge, and this discharge is relatively sticky. When there is inflammation in the mucous membrane, it may cause the local tissue to be relatively brittle, which may cause the mucous membrane to break down and result in brown discharge. It is recommended to have a gynecological examination to find out whether there is local inflammation such as congestion and edema in the cervix. If there is a lot of discharge, it is recommended to take the cervical canal discharge for bacterial culture and drug sensitivity test, as well as cervical cancer screening to find out whether there is a possible lesion in the cervical epithelium.
