What are the characteristics that precede sudden death?

Sudden death is a natural death in which the heart suddenly stops beating, causing the patient to have no normal respiration, no reaction and no circulatory signs; some patients do not have any signs or characteristics before sudden death, while others may have severe chest tightness, chest pain, acute dyspnea, severe headache, sudden palpitations, and so on.
1. Without any signs: most common in sudden cardiac death; the patient will suddenly lose consciousness, followed by cardiac and respiratory arrests.
2. Chest tightness: the patient suddenly feels tightness in the chest and a sense of dying.
3. Cardiac pain: sudden severe pain in the precordial area.
4. Acute Dyspnea: Suddenly the patient feels that he/she is struggling to breathe and can’t catch his/her breath.
5. Severe headache: Sudden and very severe headache.
6. Sudden palpitations: Feeling that your heart is beating especially fast and panicking.
If you are worried about the risk of sudden death, you should go to the hospital in time to do a comprehensive physical examination; make adjustments with the doctor’s guidance to ensure that you have good personal habits, regular work and rest, and moderate exercise.
