The organs on the right side of the heart are mainly the lungs, and this includes the lung tissue, pulmonary arteries, pulmonary veins, the bronchial tubes on the right side of the lungs, and so on. There is also a small portion of the liver on the right side of the heart against the lower part.
The heart is located in the mediastinum of the thorax, mainly on the left side, and on the right side of the heart there is some lung tissue, blood vessels of the lungs, bronchial tubes, and so on. There is also a portion of the upper edge of the liver on the lower right side of the heart.
If there is discomfort on the right side of the heart, there may be diseases caused by the respiratory system, such as pneumonia, pleurisy, lung cancer; there may also be liver diseases, such as hepatitis, liver cancer; however, we should not ignore the problems of the right side of the muscles and bones, such as rib fracture caused by trauma, costal chondromalacia, the right side of the breast-related diseases and so on.
