Mosapride is a common drug to promote gastric motility and relieve indigestion, and is widely used in clinical practice. However, there are also some side effects of Mosapride, such as abdominal pain, diarrhea, dizziness, rash, dermatitis, palpitations, dry mouth, etc. Mosapride may also cause abnormal changes in the electrocardiogram of patients. The effects of mosapride on peristalsis and gastric emptying are gradually diminished if mosapride is taken for a long period of time. There have been some reports of other discomfort after taking Mosapride dispersible tablets, but these have not been clinically proven. Patients are advised to discontinue any adverse reactions after taking the drug and to change the drug for treatment. If adverse reactions persist, prompt medical attention must be sought.
