The early manifestations of schizophrenia can be varied and are generally related to the type of illness. In the early stages, the disease progresses slowly, with patients gradually becoming mentally inactive, cold to people, distant, avoiding loved ones or hostile. In addition, they may be quiet, sit alone, or wander aimlessly, live a lazy and undisciplined life, and some patients may also show such abnormalities, lose their temper for no reason, and be sensitive and suspicious. They may also indulge in fantasies that are detached from reality, talk and laugh to themselves, and have unwarranted fears. At this time, it is often not easily understood by family members as a pathology, and some patients may show symptoms similar to neurosis.
