What are the common signs of stroke?

Stroke is the scientific name for cerebral stroke, a disease of cerebral blood circulation disorder with sudden onset, also called cerebrovascular accident (divided into ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke). It is an acute cerebral blood circulation disorder caused by the narrowing, occlusion or rupture of an artery in the brain due to various precipitating factors, resulting in signs and symptoms of transient or permanent cerebral dysfunction in a person suffering from cerebrovascular disease. Since the temperature difference between day and night varies greatly in late autumn and early spring, it is a good time for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, so it is necessary to prevent the occurrence of cerebrovascular diseases when the seasons change. The clinical manifestations are sudden fainting, unconsciousness, or sudden onset of distortion of the mouth and eyes, hemiplegia, strong tongue and speech, and mental retardation. Stroke includes ischemic stroke (transient ischemic attack, atherosclerotic thrombotic infarction, lacunar cerebral infarction, cerebral embolism), hemorrhagic stroke (cerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage), hypertensive encephalopathy and vascular dementia. Stroke has a high incidence, disability and mortality rate, and seriously endangers the safety of life and quality of life of patients. Most of the patients in the stable stage of the disease are accompanied by serious sequelae, which bring great mental trauma and physical functional impairment to the patients, so it is more important to take effective measures for prevention and treatment. Epidemiological surveys have found that the common precursors of stroke are, in order of importance: 1. dizziness, especially sudden vertigo. 2. 2. numbness of the limbs, sudden numbness of one side of the face or arms and legs, or in some cases, numbness of the tongue or lips. 3.Temporary slurred speech or poor speech. 4.Limb weakness or inability to move. 5.A headache different from usual. 6.Unexplained sudden fall or fainting. 7.Sudden loss of consciousness or sudden change in personality and intelligence. 8.Significant general weakness and limb weakness. 9.Nausea and vomiting or fluctuation of blood pressure. 10.Drowsiness all day long, in a drowsy state. 11.Involuntary twitching of one or one side of the limbs. 12.Both eyes suddenly feel unable to see the things appearing in front of them for a while. Therefore, if the above clinical symptoms appear, you should also actively go to the hospital for early examination (CT, MRI, DSA) and treatment. At present, interventional method is one of the main methods for treating acute cerebral infarction, cerebral aneurysmal hemorrhage and other cerebrovascular diseases, and the application of this treatment in clinical neurological diseases has provided a new treatment method for clinical treatment of acute cerebrovascular diseases.
