Cervical effusion can be treated. Physiological cervical effusion is self-limiting and requires no specific treatment. Pathological cervical effusion can be caused by acute/chronic cervicitis, inflammatory pelvic disease, cervical tumours, ectopic cervical columnar epithelium, placement of an intrauterine device, etc. If it is pathological cervical effusion, you need to visit a regular hospital gynaecology department to get a clear diagnosis and treatment for the cause.
