Tubular adenoma of transverse colon polyp is not dangerous, but it needs to be removed promptly. This tubular adenoma is benign in nature, but this polyp can become cancerous if not removed in time. That is why it is important to remove colon polyps promptly when they are found to be tubular adenomas in nature. After removal, pathologic testing is performed to further clarify its nature.
