Causes of diminished early pregnancy response at 7 weeks

It is recommended to exclude the possibility of abnormal embryo development. Generally, early pregnancy reaction disappears around three months after pregnancy. Early pregnancy reaction refers to nausea, vomiting, dizziness, drowsiness, anorexia, acidity and other symptoms that appear in early pregnancy, which usually appear about six weeks after menopause and last until about 12 weeks after pregnancy and disappear on their own. If the early pregnancy reaction is diminished at just 7 weeks of pregnancy, you should be alert to the possibility of embryonic abortion. The appearance and waning of early pregnancy reaction varies from person to person, but most of the symptoms such as nausea and vomiting are strong at around 7 weeks. It is recommended to go to the hospital for ultrasound examination to understand the development of embryo, and it is better to take blood test for hcg, progesterone and estradiol at the same time. If the results are normal, it may be that the body has gradually adapted to the pregnancy, so there is no need to worry too much. However, if the results indicate abnormalities, it may be that the embryo itself is of poor quality, such as chromosomal abnormalities, which can lead to abortion. However, if the early pregnancy response is significantly weakened, you should actively rule out the possibility of embryonic abnormalities and rest assured only after the relevant auxiliary tests are clear.
