The effects of Si Jun Zi Tang and Si Jun Zi Wan are the same, and there is no such thing as which one is more effective. Both Si Jun Zi Tang and Si Jun Zi Wan are composed of Codonopsis, Poria, Fried Atractylodes Macrocephalae, and Glycyrrhiza Uralensis, and both have the effect of benefiting qi and strengthening the spleen (regulating the qi of the spleen and stomach). Both can be used to treat the symptoms of Qi deficiency of the spleen and stomach, which can be seen as shortness of breath, weakness, loose stools (thin and unformed feces), low food intake, low speech, poor spirit, and loss of appetite. Therefore, only the dosage form is different, the effect is the same. Avoid using it if you have a cold or fever, or if you are allergic to this drug. Discontinue the drug if there are adverse reactions such as skin rashes and vomiting after taking it. Do not eat indigestible food, mainly light diet.
