Central serous chorizo retinopathy (CSC) is a common fundus lesion characterized by limited plasmacytoid neuroepithelial detachment in and around the macula, often referred to as central plasma in clinical practice in China. It is mostly seen in young and middle-aged males, mostly with monocular onset, and has the tendency of self-healing and recurrence. Symptoms] Mostly healthy adults, sudden onset of mild loss of vision in one eye, darkening of visual objects, visual objects may have a sense of distortion, smaller, more distant, and a central relative dark area, patients feel a dark shadow in the center of the gaze point, gray or dark red, occasionally purple or green, such as repeated attacks, can leave permanent visual impairment, but will not lead to blindness, no obvious inflammation of the eye. Etiology】 1. Pathogenesis: The cause is unknown, common triggers include smoking, lack of sleep, stress, exertion, mood swings, etc. It may be related to elevated catecholamines in the blood circulation, endogenous or exogenous corticosteroid imbalance. 2, pathogenesis: the pathogenesis of mesoplasm is not well understood, there are ischemia, infection, inflammation, immune response and metabolic disorders and other theories, but all lack strong evidence. Fluorescein fundus angiography (FFA): It is an indispensable tool to confirm the diagnosis of mesoplasm and is also the basis for laser treatment of mesoplasm. Strong fluorescent dots within the lesion area are seen to leak with the prolongation of the imaging time when the active lesion is present, and the strong fluorescent dots gradually expand or cook smoke. 2.OCT examination: It shows that fluid cavity appears in macular neuroepithelium and pigment epithelium, i.e. shallow retinal detachment. Diagnosis: According to the symptoms, fundus manifestations and fluorescence imaging changes, the diagnosis of mesoplasm is not difficult. Treatment】 60%~80% of patients with mesoplasia can heal themselves within 3 months without any treatment, 10%~20% of patients can heal themselves within 3~6 months, and the central vision can return to normal after healing. 1.Medication: No effective medication, possible risk factors should be eliminated and left to recover on their own, hormones are prohibited. 2.Laser treatment: The paracentral leakage point 500μm away from the central concave is treated by photocoagulation. Prognosis】 The central pulp is a self-limiting disease, and most of them can heal by themselves without any treatment within 3-6 months. In cases of multiple recurrences and long duration of the disease, there may be mild to moderate vision loss, visual deformation does not subside, and visual function cannot be completely restored to normal. Prevention】 It is important to make reasonable arrangements for work and rest to avoid the many factors that trigger this disease. After the disease, there is no need to worry, you should take proper rest, avoid excessive brain and physical labor, and watch less TV and books and newspapers. Patients should review regularly to prevent recurrence, and if they feel symptoms of recurrence, they should be treated early. It is also important to actively exercise, enhance physical fitness, prevent colds, eat less stimulating food, pay attention to the combination of work and rest, and maintain physical and mental health to prevent this disease.
