Normal values of high and low pressure

High pressure is systolic pressure and low pressure is diastolic pressure. normal value of systolic pressure is 90-139 mmHg and normal value of diastolic pressure is 60-89 mmHg. systolic pressure of 140-159 mmHg is mild hypertension, 160-179 mmHg is moderate hypertension and ≥180 mmHg is severe hypertension. Diastolic blood pressure of 90-99 mmHg was considered mild hypertension, 100-109 mmHg was considered moderate hypertension, and ≥110 mmHg was considered severe hypertension. The mild, moderate or severe blood pressure is determined by the high level in systolic and diastolic blood pressure, for example, a patient with blood pressure 142/105mmHg is judged as moderate hypertension. Patients are advised to exercise regularly in their normal life, limit the intake of natriuresis and fat, control weight, quit smoking and alcohol to prevent the occurrence of hypertension.
