Interventional therapy is simply a minimally invasive endoluminal surgical treatment that uses high-tech equipment with a television monitor to open a small hole in a part of the body and then use a catheter to penetrate deeply into the patient’s internal blood vessels to repair, expand and unblock the work. 1) Hepatic artery cannulation is performed by needle puncture after routine sterilization in the groin, just like a usual injection, and the treatment is less invasive, so you should be calm, breathe steadily and relax your muscles, which is conducive to femoral artery puncture. 2)Take a bath and change your clothes before the operation to avoid catching cold and flu. 3) Carefully cooperate with the nurse for skin care and skin preparation and iodine allergy test. 1) You should fast for 4-6 hours after the operation. Due to the side effects of drugs, nausea and vomiting can be caused. 2) If your postoperative temperature is below 38.5℃, you should not be nervous, it usually subsides on its own in 5-7 days. If your body temperature is above 38.5℃, the nurse will give you the appropriate treatment to lower your body temperature as prescribed by the doctor. 3) Take a flat position after surgery and stay in bed strictly for 24h, and use sand bag to compress the cannula for 6h to avoid bending of the cannulated lower limbs and premature bed activity to prevent the dressing from shifting. 4) Postoperative oxygenation for 24 hours to reduce the toxic damage of perfused drugs to the heart. 5)Diet should be light, small amount and many meals, strengthen oral care, reduce adverse stimulation and promote toxin excretion. 6)Pay attention to rest.
