What are the signs of early gastric cancer?

Stomach cancer often has no specific symptoms in the early stage, and the symptoms will only emerge when the tumor gradually affects the stomach function. Even so, these symptoms are not unique to gastric cancer and are often similar to chronic gastric diseases such as gastritis and gastric ulcer, and can even be relieved by taking general gastric medicine, but there are traces. Early gastric cancer mainly has the following signals: a. Stomach pain Initially, it only feels discomfort in upper abdomen or bloating, and sometimes vague pain in the heart fossa, which is often mistaken for gastritis or ulcer disease, especially cancer of the gastric sinus, which often causes changes in duodenal function and regular pain. Loss of appetite, emaciation and weakness are often the first symptoms of gastric cancer, accounting for about 40%. Nausea and vomiting In the early stage, there may be only the feeling of fullness and nausea, which is mainly caused by the tumor-induced gastrointestinal dysfunction. Bleeding and black stool are 20% of the symptoms of early gastric cancer. Elderly people with no history of gastric disease should be alerted to the possibility of gastric cancer once black stool appears.
