Female, 3 years after ovarian cancer resection and hysterectomy, with intermittent vaginal bleeding in the last half month. A repeat CT examination suggested that the residual tumor at the cervix had recurred, infiltrated the rectum and formed an occupancy. She was treated with Hepatome for 6 times, and there was gradual grayscale change (hypoechoic occupancy to moderate or strong echogenicity) in the occupancy, suggesting that the tumor cells had partially coagulated and necrosed.
