Standardized treatment of cervicitis

Oral or intravenous fluids should be given only for acute cervicitis with fever and purulent leucorrhea, but over 95% of cervicitis do not require fluids! Colposcopy should only be done after a cervical cytology smear, if the results show that colposcopy is indicated! Finally, the decision to perform LEEP is based on the colposcopy results: this is the standardized “three-step” approach, not the parallel overreaching approach of doing LEEP directly without even a standardized cervical cytology smear! The first step is to have the existing standardized cervical liquid-based cytology picture results! (LCT or TCT) Step 2, if the LCT or TCT results are available, the doctor will determine if colposcopy should be done. Step 3: When the colposcopy is done, the doctor will decide whether to perform pathology based on the colposcopy results; Step 4: When the pathology results are available, the specialist will decide whether to perform further treatment based on the pathology results! These tests are not usually done during pregnancy! Unless there is acute cervical bleeding! It is recommended that unmarried sisters must love themselves, pay attention to the protection of their own, truly self-respect and self-love, the boys will not love you more because of your selfless “dedication”, casual and not self-respect will bury their own happiness for life! Traditional virtues have never been advocated! The most simple thing to do is to check the authoritative textbook of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and don’t be experimented on as a “mouse” if you don’t have one! As long as there is a sexual life, there may be “traces”: more manifestations of cervicitis, cervical erosion is part of the essence of the cervical mucosa part of the ectasia, not true erosion, as long as the TCT or LCT is normal, do not be too nervous, not to mention over treatment! The cervical cyst is very common, no discomfort, more do not need treatment, we must not be nervous! The pelvic fluid is also present in normal people and varies according to the menstrual cycle, so don’t be fooled when you see pelvic fluid: infusion! Unless it is accompanied by purulent leucorrhea and fever, there are almost no antibiotics for gynecological inflammation, let alone injections! Please be good to yourself, read more standard scientific knowledge, strengthen exercise, self-respect and self-love! Happy life every day! Note: Because the current celiac disease treatment is more confusing, especially the big issues, small diseases, the more treatment, the more chaos, so rearranged, and the classic question and answer content is basically the same, but my original intention is as a medical science knowledge, the purpose is to let more sisters or their families understand and awareness, in the diagnosis and treatment do not go into the wrong area! But the operation can not change the classic Q & A previously posted to medical science, so, again _COPY over, and put in my article first! I hope that in a limited number of cases can help more sisters rational treatment!
