Normal gastric function test cannot exclude gastric cancer. The diagnosis of gastric cancer requires pathology and imaging examination, and cannot be judged from gastric function test alone. Gastric function 4 cannot be the only indicator to exclude gastric cancer, it can only play a certain screening role for gastric cancer. To determine gastric cancer, pathologic examination, endoscopy and imaging examination are needed to confirm whether it is gastric cancer or not. Endoscopy has an important judgment value for early gastric cancer, if patients are intolerant to endoscopy, they can choose imaging examination, and pathology examination is the only confirmatory standard. If the patient is gastric cancer, active treatment is needed, mainly surgical treatment to resect the lesion. Patients should take bed rest, mainly take liquid food, avoid eating spicy and stimulating food, and consult doctor timely when symptoms worsen.
